Step 2: Once purchased, you will be emailed a link giving you access to our Class Calendar.
Step 3: Once in the Class Calendar, start by registering for an Orientation Class. Once registered, you can register yourself for any of the class days and times that work best for you and your busy schedule.
Private In-Home Training/Consultations:
If registering for a Private In-Home Consultation, purchase the session online and we will email you details with available days and times.
Please note: There will be a $25 travel fee for home visits greater than 15 miles from Rochester, Stewartville or St. Charles and a $50 travel fee for home visits 30 miles or greater. Please contact us prior to registering.
Private One-on-One Training Session (at our facility):
If registering for a Private One-on-One Training Session at our facility, purchase the session online and we will email you details with available days and times.
If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please contact us this preference and we will arrange for payment to be made either via mail or in person. Please know that classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis and your spot is not confirmed until payment is received.

All group classes are held at Heritage Pet Hospital. To access our training room, you and your dog must be able to go down and up stairs and no elevator is available.
In the event of a consultation cancellation, your instructor will call or email you. Group class cancellations will be posted on KTTC and your instructor will send out an email.
